Each team is required to do online Check-In.  There will be no Check-In at the tournament site.  See below for detailed instruction on how to register online.

Steps to complete Online Check-In:

  1. Go to https://system.gotsport.com/ 
  2. Login to your coach/manager account and click on the "Team Mangement" button
  3. Click on the name of the team you are working on
  4. Open the "Team Registrations" tab
  5. Click on the Event that you are Working to Upload Documents to
  6. Open the "Registration" tab
  7. Next Click on the "Edit" button
  8. For files that are required to be uploaded, you will be able to click on the "choose file" button and upload accordingly. If you have a challenge uploading a document, there is a good chance that the document is too large and will need to be decreased in size.
  9. Once this is complete, then the event director will be able to view your documents for the online check-in process. 

Required documents to be uploaded as a PDF to your GotSport Team Account:

  1. Approved / Certified roster from your State / National Association which includes valid jersey numbers (see below for details).
  2. Player passes in alphabetical order (see below for details).
  3. Guest player form if applicable. 

** If you need to make changes to your roster, please stop by the HQ Tent prior to your first game. No roster changes will be allowed after your first game.
** All uploaded documents must be in PDF format. Documents uploaded as an image (i.e., JPEG) will not be allowed.

What is required at each game:

  • Copy of the tournament approved roster which includes jersey numbers for each player. Please be sure you bring enough copies for all of your games.
  • Player Pass for each player on the roster.
  • Medical Release Form for each player on the roster.

           ** Players are only allowed to play on one team during the tournament.


Teams must provide an approved roster from either US Soccer affiliated state association (Ex. Us Club, USYSA, SAY, USSSA, AYSO, etc.).  Rosters must include all guest players and must mark out any players not attending the tournament.  To add guest players to your roster, write the guest players information below the existing rostered players.  The minimum required information for each player on the roster is Name, Date of Birth, player ID number, Uniform number, and Gender.

Player Passes:

A team must have player passes for all players on their roster.  All guest players must have player passes from the same sanctioning organization as the team’s roster.  For example, a player carded under US Youth Soccer cannot play with a US Club sanctioned roster and vice versa.  No roster may be comprised of players with different passes from different sanction organizations.

   ** Please remember to keep all documents with you all weekend
