IHSA Cancels Fall High School Boys Soccer

Due to Illinois canceling school soccer for the fall, it is possible that we could form some club soccer teams for the boys. Logistically this will be a challenge on short notice. Since Rush is carded in both Iowa and Illinois, we have the option to play competitive games in Iowa. We can also do limited intra-club training and scrimmages in Illinois, but no games. We are exploring options.

Tryouts for the 2020-2021 season are not possible under the current rules. Iowa Soccer has issued guidance on what this should look like this year. Tryouts have been replaced with "Team Selection"

Register your Intent to Play BY August 15, 2020 to be considered for a boys team this Fall. Due to the COVID19 pandemic we have altered the normal tryouts.

For the 2020-2021 "tryout" we will not charge a fee for the Intention to Play Registration. If selected for a Fall team, we will ask that you pay a deposit. This deposit will be refundable if the season is not played due to the virus.

Currently we do not have exact details on what the season would look like or if we will be able to get games at this late date. We will communicate that with you prior to an official roster registration. Pricing will depend on costs associated with league or intra-club only options.
